Library Mission, Vision and Values

Purpose

As gateways to knowledge, our library aims to provide the highest quality of library service which will contribute to the development of our field through the utilization of the broad range of contemporary media and technology, and thus serve the information and recreational reading needs of all people of the community.

Mission

Bibliotheca offers a welcoming and supportive environment where we provide a wide range of materials and technology as we promote information and digital literacy to all students, staffs and community. We strive to ensure that users are able to become proficient learners in accessing information.

Vision

Bibliotheca strives to be a center of information and discovery through robust collections, accessible services, and resources through current technology. We organize and provide access to materials to meet the needs of the users and explore and implement technologies in our services to deliver information and resources to the users conveniently.
